Two health care pioneers collaborate to leverage mobile phones in providing health care to the rural poor as part of the first partnership to receive support from PopTech’s Impact Fund.
Several days before the PopTech conference, this partnership was announced and awarded the PopTech Impact Fund grant. PopTech wanted to document the powerful work the grant would be supporting.
With little time and no budget, we pulled together this short using two stage talks, some amateur b-roll and some art. With a little music, some text and a sweet voice-over, this short came together just in time.
By sharing the story of a project that has the potential to dramatically improve the delivery of health care at remote locations PopTech inspired others in the network to come together organically to collaborate on meaningful projects. The video was first screened from the PopTech stage, and then shared via social media and posted on the PopTech website.
